Scope and use
Little Duo provides this website and the Pixjoy iOS and Android app. Contact support@littleduo.app. Use the service lawfully on compatible devices with necessary permissions. It is a general-audience product, not specifically directed to children. Younger users and purchases must meet applicable legal and store requirements.
Content and software rights
You retain ownership of your photos and videos. Local processing does not grant Little Duo permission to publish them. Little Duo and its licensors retain rights to the software, branding and original materials. Use the software for its intended purpose and only manage content you are entitled to access. Do not infringe rights, misuse the service or compromise security. Third-party components and services have their own terms.
Library changes and deletion
Check actions before confirmation and keep suitable backups. Album, folder, editing, export and sharing behavior varies by platform. Your system may synchronize library changes across devices. The deletion queue is not a recycle bin or backup. Confirmation requests system deletion; Pixjoy has no independent recovery capability and cannot undo completed deletions. Any system recovery follows your platform’s rules.
Paid plans and advertising
Pixjoy offers weekly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases on both platforms. While your paid entitlement is active, it includes ad removal and advanced photo editing. Specific editing tools, prices and purchase conditions are shown in the app before purchase. Lifetime means a non-recurring purchase of the stated Pixjoy entitlement, not a guarantee of perpetual service, future compatibility or all separate future products. The free service includes AdMob ads. Paying to remove ads does not automatically disable analytics or crash reporting.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the purchasing store’s rules. Price, currency, billing period and renewal conditions appear before purchase. Manage cancellation through the original store account. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Restore eligible purchases where supported; cross-platform transfer is not promised. Refunds follow store procedures and applicable consumer law. This website does not process purchases.
Availability, rights and changes
We aim for reliable software but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, no errors or compatibility with every device. Changes remain subject to applicable law and purchased rights. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Third-party services and ads operate under their own policies; an ad is not an endorsement.
